Keith moved to New York in 1992 to study cinematography at the School of Visual Arts. After three years of study and twice as many working in the field shooting music videos and independent films, he found himself more intrigued taking stills of what was happening behind the scenes; between the takes.

Since trading in the movie camera for something he can hang around his neck, Keith has served time at an internship at Magnum Photos, was chosen for a Residency Program at the Camera Club of New York and has been published in various magazines, newspapers, and a photography book released by Upper Playground.

He uses the camera to explore and find moments that distinguish individuals or define cultures, illuminating moments that may go unnoticed by the average eye. He's currently working on various long-term projects dealing with themes of machismo and confrontation.

Keith currently resides in Brooklyn and has been known to occasionally work well with others.
